As we speak, World’s second Young Chef Olympiad 2017 is being organized in January in India.

It’s an event that brings the best culinary talent from across 67+ different nations to India for a Grand Finale to be held in Kolkata on 1st February, 2017.

Young Chefs from 67+ nations after getting selected, will fly down to India on 26th January to represent their country in a cook-off that will last 4 days starting 29th January to 1st February. The results will be collated and the Grand Finale is scheduled on Monday 1st February 2015 at Kolkata.

50+ Countries have confirmed their participation and 20 more are in process of confirmation.

This second season of the Young Chef Olympiad, world’s biggest Olympiad for culinary students is being supported by The Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India. The competition is giving culinary students a great platform to learn, teach, network with the best culinary schools worldwide.

We would like to invite your best Student to participate for this event “Young Chef Olympiad 2017″ and we will be sending you the rules and regulations once you confirm your participation.

There is no participation fee involved. Travel within India including food and accommodation will be taken care by us. The First prize is $ 10,000 USD.

The event will be covered by World Media and will be judged by a very senior team of Chefs from across the globe.
