Young Student Chefs from 67+ nations after getting selected from different colleges from 67+ nations, will fly down to India on 26th January (67th republic day for India) to represent their country in a cook-off that will last 4 days starting 29th January to 1st February. The results will be collated and the Grand Finale is scheduled on Monday 1st February 2015 at Kolkata.
Hello, my name is Elina Isaeva. During my studies at Hospitality College of the Russian International Academy for Tourism (RIAT) I had several internships in kitchen in Russia and Italy, where I understood I want to continue enhancing my knowledge and skills further in the sphere of hospitality, for which I am thankful. Now I am a 1st year student of the RIAT and I am looking forward for the great opportunity to be part of Young Chef Olympiad and represent my Academy and my country as well.
